The town of Wenham is part of the North Shore Regional 911 Center.
Located in Middleton, Massachusetts, the North Shore Regional 911 Center (NSR911) operates under the authority of the Massachusetts State 911 Department and the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security. NSR911 is the Regional 9-1-1 Center that provides emergency communications services to communities of Amesbury, Essex, Middleton, Topsfield and Wenham, and Manchester-by-the-Sea and is responsible for answering emergency 911 calls and dispatching police officers, firefighters and paramedics.
Additionally, the NSR911 is the primary answering point for wireless 911 calls in Essex county, northern Middlesex county, and a portion of Suffolk county. The wireless function is responsible for answering 911 calls and relaying them to the correct agency or responder.
