The Wenham Police Department is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a full-time officer position.

Requirements include:
- Completion and graduation from the Massachusetts Municipal Police Training Council (MPTC) Basic full-time academy.
- An associate degree or higher in criminal justice or a related field is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Candidates may be eligible for Permanent Exemption by the MPTC if they have previously graduated from a full-time police academy in another state.
